It helps you control your negativity, see things differently, manage your feelings of anxiety, nervousness, frustrations, anger and overwhelm. It enables you to feel calmer and understand your emotions better.
It offers a safe place you can turn to when feeling low. It’s a place of understanding and support. You are not going to be judged by anybody for how you feel. It’s open to everybody.
It is accessible anytime, night or day. Access it when you need it. It is a club were members can interact to support one another. Members suggest and share ideas offering solutions to give you multiple perspectives. You can also support others, sharing your own experiences, building your own confidence and resilience.
